Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead IT change initiatives in Ortigas, Philippines. You will engage senior management, project teams, and end-users, communicating progress and change impacts effectively.

The role requires 5+ years in IT Change Management, hands-on ADKAR experience, and the ability to work onsite 4 days per week during day shifts. You will design training programs and manage stakeholder communications to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS.
• 5+ years proven experience in IT Change Management.
• Hands-on expertise with the ADKAR change management model.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Ortigas at least 4 days a week, day shift.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key stakeholders including senior management and end-users; build relationships and communicate updates.
• Develop and execute communication plans informing stakeholders about progress, changes, and benefits.
• Design and deliver training materials so users adopt new technologies and processes.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and resistance; develop mitigation plans.
• Identify and address resistance and foster a positive attitude toward change.
