Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Project Manager to lead End-User Support technology initiatives across its global footprint. You will own end‑to‑end delivery for workplace technology, service desk, endpoint management, and end‑user experience improvements to boost productivity.

You will coordinate cross‑functional IT, business, vendors, and partners, ensure on‑time, in‑scope, and within-budget delivery, and manage risks and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IT/EUS projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Vendors, Partners).
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City) and in a hybrid setup (3x onsite).
• Amenable to night/rotating shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for End-User Support projects.
• Manage workplace technology rollouts, service desk improvements, and end-user tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Business, Vendors, and Partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports.
• Ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery; manage risks and changes.
