Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery Lead to guide multiple technology teams and drive delivery aligned with business unit SLAs. You will oversee operations across onsite and offshore groups, fostering collaboration, innovation and operational excellence.

You will coach professionals, lead governance and capacity management, and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery. Hybrid work and mid-shift flexibility are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Proven capacity management and risk identification skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and teams.
• Knowledge of Azure environments is an advantage.
• Hybrid work setup with onsite presence 3 times per week.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts when required.
