Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business/finance/legal field. Master’s preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the Philippine market and regulatory bodies.
• 8–15 years in fintech, financial services, banking, or digital payments.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
• Lead business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company in events, meetings, and strategic discussions with regulators and partners.
• Monitor developments in Philippine fintech and digital financial services.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships for expansion.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement strategic objectives.
• Oversee local operations and ensure effective organizational performance.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance activities.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and leadership.
• Build and develop a strong local team as the business grows.
