Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics/law or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the Philippines.
• Lead overall business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, partners and stakeholders.
• Represent the company in key industry events, meetings, and partnerships.
• Monitor developments in the Philippine fintech and financial services landscape.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential market expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
• Oversee local operations and ensure strong organizational performance.
• Support regulatory, compliance and corporate governance activities with internal teams.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and leadership.
• Build and develop a strong local team as the business grows.

Education
