Peerless Products Manufacturing Corp. is seeking a Distributor Manager for Central Luzon. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and improving distributor performance through strategic planning, training, and data-driven forecasting.

The candidate will develop and execute distributor sales processes and trade programs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plans, while ensuring product availability and visibility in line with RPS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in distributor management.
• Driver’s License Restrictions 1 and 2 (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance.
• Plan and execute area initiatives.
• Develops distributor sales processes and area-specific strategies and trade programs to meet volume plans.
• Ensure product availability and visibility per RPS standards.
• Use Distributor Team data to forecast volume by SKU and category.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monthly S&OP meetings with distributor management.
• Conduct fieldwork and on-the-job training for distributor sales personnel and document learning.
