Peerless Products Manufacturing Corp. in Central Visayas seeks a Distributor Executive Central Visayas to drive sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance within Cebu and nearby areas.

You will develop and execute distributor sales processes, strategies, and trade programs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plans. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead business reviews and training sessions, with a willingness to travel to Bohol

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• 3–5 years of experience in a distribution or sales executive role.
• Good negotiation skills and people management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership with a growth mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance.
• Plan and execute area initiatives.
• Develop and execute distributor sales processes, account and area and channel specific strategies and trade programs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plan.
• Ensure achievement of product availability and visibility based on RPS standards set.
• Utilize data from the Distributor Team in developing the areas monthly, quarterly and annual volume forecast by SKU and by category.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and monthly S&OP meetings with the distributor's management team
• Conduct fieldworks and on the job training/learning sessions for distributor sales personnel, documents on the job learning and reviews performance, identifies performance gaps, and formulates training programs
