Qualifications

4+ years FMCG experience in sales, distributor management, or account management.
Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of route-to-market models and general trade/modern trade dynamics.
Willing to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop distributors to achieve sales, coverage, and execution targets.
Implement trade programs, promotions, and distribution strategies.
Monitor inventory, forecasting, stock health, and order planning.
Track market performance, competitor movements, and category trends.
Conduct business reviews and create corrective action plans with distributors.
Ensure compliance with company standards in visibility, merchandising, and trade execution.
Support and coach distributor sales teams to enhance productivity.
