Job summary

WalterMart Community Mall in Metro Manila is seeking a motivated operations assistant to support day-to-day mall management. You will help maintain cleanliness, safety, and convenience across common areas and tenants, working to uphold high service standards.

You will assist in facility management and ensure swift, effective responses to emergencies, coordinating with security and maintenance teams. Strong communication and customer focus are essential as you help deliver a seamless guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of any course.
• At least 3 years work experiences on a Managerial capacity from fast food establishments or building facility.
• Computer literate.
• With Strong Communication skills (both oral and written).
• Has customer focus, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the shopping center to achieve excellence in cleanliness, safety and convenience.
• Support facility management and efficiency in Emergency Response.
