Job summary

WalterMart Community Mall in Quezon City seeks a seasoned mall operations leader to drive the strategic plan, monitor KPIs, and oversee the annual budget. You will manage leasing, tenant relations, security, maintenance, and guest services to uphold safety and cleanliness.

You will lead marketing initiatives, optimize promotions, and supervise revenue streams from rent and CAM while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in mall/retail/property management with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale retail or mall operations in the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of the retail industry, particularly in Metro Manila.
• Excellent leadership, financial management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the mall’s strategic plan aligned with company goals; monitor KPIs such as sales, foot traffic, occupancy, and customer satisfaction; manage the annual budget.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships; oversee leasing activities; negotiate lease agreements; ensure optimal tenant mix and occupancy.
• Oversee security, maintenance, housekeeping, and customer service; ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and aesthetics; manage all mall personnel.
• Lead marketing strategies, events, and promotions; manage the marketing budget; utilize digital and social media platforms to enhance mall visibility.
• Monitor financial results; manage revenue streams including rent and CAM fees; prepare and present financial reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service; address feedback and complaints; implement safety and emergency response programs.
