Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5+ years in mall operations, retail management, or facilities
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Natural leader with ability to motivate a team and solve problems with confidence
• Customer-centric with ability to handle tenant and customer needs
• Organized and efficient with ability to prioritize and execute tasks with precision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with mall management software
• Willing to be based in Casa Anselmo, Malolos with comfort for fieldwork across multiple community malls
• Travel and flexibility are key
