Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in fast food establishments in a managerial capacity.
• Highly accountable, hands-on, competitive, customer-focused, results oriented, driven, a team player and self-motivated.
• Demonstrates high customer management orientation with ability to make decisions and take actions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring profitability of mall operations according to Management's directives and income expectations.
• Implement programs to enhance physical value of the mall and create strategies for a safe and secure environment that encourages customers to patronize the mall and services.
• Organize meetings with prospective tenants and maintain up-to-date market knowledge.
• Develop and uphold the corporate mall identity and ensure adherence to branding guidelines.
• Effectively manage the productivity of the team.
