Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Associate Manager to support daily mall operations, facilities management, safety, security, and maintenance of mall premises. You will help ensure smooth mall operations, adherence to procedures, cost efficiency, and high property standards.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Business Administration or Engineering, with at least 3 years in operations management (retail or property).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail or property management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other related business software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of project management, planning, people management, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily mall operations, facilities, safety, security, and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct regular mall inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness, lighting, air conditioning, equipment, parking areas, and other common facilities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and sustainability projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational reports and recommend improvements to policies and processes.
• Identify and report health and safety risks within mall premises.
• Assist in resolving concerns and disputes involving merchants, customers, and mall visitors.
• Prepare daily inspection reports, cost-saving updates, and operations staff performance monitoring reports.
