Job summary

SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation) is seeking a Building Administration Officer to keep our mall clean, safe, and organized across amenities, utilities, and equipment. You will support business goals and deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing janitorial and maintenance tasks, conducting facility inspections, acting as Safety Officer, assisting tenant construction, and providing backup support for critical staff in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Maintenance Technology, or related business course.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred.
• At least two years in building/property administration or related field.
• Working knowledge in facilities management and engineering maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial, landscaping, minor repairs, and pest control within budget.
• Inspect facilities, coordinate repairs, monitor consumption, and report/bill timely.
• Act as Safety Officer and ensure safety procedures and documentation.
• Assist in tenant construction/renovation, review plans, inspect sites, resolve issues.
• Serve as backup for custodian and warehouse staff for emergencies.
