Joneco Tech Marketing Corp is seeking a capable Team Leader/Account Manager to drive sales across Cebu. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and delivering reports to guide strategic decisions.

You will liaise with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and ensure timely delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or related roles, is proficient in MS Office, and possesses solid presentation and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or related field
• At least 5 years of work experience in sales or a relevant business role
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent customer experience, bidding and problem-solving skills
• Good in written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of modern sales practices and procedures, equipment and clerical techniques to hit monthly sales quota
• Leadership and management skills
• Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets and production goals
• Presentation skills and knowledge of visual and marketing display practices
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
• Salary: Php 25,000 – Negotiable depending on experience

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong relationships with customers and connect with key executives and stakeholders
• Prepare sales reports and respond to client queries
• Identify new business opportunities among existing customers and liaise with internal teams to improve the customer experience
• Meet ambitious individual and team sales quotas and drive revenue growth
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged
