Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Group Manager to lead key accounts in Cebu and assist the Regional/National Sales Manager. You will drive account strategies, manage the sales team, and foster strong client relationships to grow the business.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure execution excellence and optimal customer satisfaction in the Cebu market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3 years of FMCG experience handling key accounts or channel groups.
• Strong skills in people management, account management, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office; analytical skills required.
• Willing to travel and manage accounts in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Handle key accounts, sell products, and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate and implement brand plans, strategies, and programs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Manage inventory, returns, bad orders, account payables/receivables, and business reviews.
• Lead end‑to‑end management of assigned key account channel group.
• Drive Joint Business Planning and business reviews with principals and accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend counter‑strategies.
• Coordinate and evaluate trade activations and merchandising execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational concerns.
• Provide regular reports and insights to support sales objectives.
