Job Description
Own and Grow Your Territory
- Lead and drive sales across the interventional business segment portfolio in the assigned territory
- Achieve sales, growth, and market share targets within your region
- Expand sales and build brand loyalty within strategic accounts
Build Strategic Customer Relationships
- Establish, develop, and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and cardiologists
- Engage decision makers and influencers involved in product evaluation and purchasing
- Provide excellent customer service and clinical support to doctors and nurses (e.g., literature updates, case discussions, KOL references)
Drive Demand and Market Development
- Partner with Marketing to lead demand generation activities in the territory
- Raise awareness and increase usage of the company’s interventional product lines
- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and growth pockets within the territory
Execute the Sales Process with Excellence
- Work closely with the National Sales Leader and cross‑functional teams to manage high‑impact opportunities
- Lead the execution of critical steps in the sales process, from prospecting to closing and post‑sales support
- Develop and manage all sales‑related business activities, account plans, and forecasting for your territory
Provide Insights and Reporting
- Translate market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics into meaningful insights
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM and sales reporting tools
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biological/Medical Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field (required)
- Background in radiography, nursing, or clinical support is a strong advantage
- Minimum 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience, ideally in a multinational pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare company
- Experience working with hospital segments and/or interventional products is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence key customers and stakeholders
- An adaptable communicator who can work effectively with all levels of staff and leadership, both internally and externally
