You'll lead product demonstrations, support proof-of-concept projects, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, or a similar role.
• Experience with customer experience, contact center, communications, automation, or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based business applications and communication technologies.
• Ability to identify customer challenges and design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to lead solution workshops, demonstrations, and PoCs.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms, integrations, APIs, and automation technologies.
• Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a regional environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing technology environment.
