Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Senior Cloud & AI Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) to design cloud-native architectures for enterprise and telecommunications customers. The role is highly customer-facing, supporting pre-sales activities, architecture workshops, POCs, and cloud transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has real hands-on experience in designing, validating, or implementing cloud solutions with strong technical depth and the ability to engage with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Cloud Solution Architect or similar role.
• Hands-on design/validation of cloud solutions beyond pure consulting.
• Advanced English and strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design Cloud & AI solutions aligned with customer needs and goals.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Cloud & AI Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) with strong experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise solution design.

This role is highly customer-facing and will play a key role supporting pre-sales activities, technical solution positioning, architecture workshops, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise and telecommunications customers.

The ideal candidate must have real hands-on experience designing, validating, or implementing cloud solutions, beyond functional consulting or coordination activities.

We are seeking candidates with strong technical depth combined with the ability to engage with enterprise customers, understand business needs, and position competitive Cloud & AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Cloud & AI solutions aligned with customer technical and business requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities and technical solution positioning for enterprise and telecom customers.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations.
• Lead and support Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical validations, and cloud demonstrations.
• Design hybrid, multi-cloud, and cloud-native architectures considering scalability, resiliency, and security.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to build competitive technical proposals.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and solution strategy discussions.
• Analyze customer environments and identify opportunities for cloud adoption and digital transformation.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution proposals.

Required Technical Experience

• 5+ years of experience as Cloud Solution Architect, Solution Architect, or similar roles.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform:
