Job summary

Auxo Talent in the APAC region is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support customers and partners, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will lead product demonstrations, support PoCs, and provide guidance throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related roles.
Experience with CX, contact center, AI-driven solutions.
Strong cloud and integration knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven PoC and demonstrations experience.

Responsibilities

Work with sales teams and partners to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customers.
Lead PoC projects from planning through completion.
Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
Translate business needs into scalable solution designs.
Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with regional teams across multiple countries.
