Job summary

AudioCodes Limited is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical presales for Voca CIC across APAC. You will partner with Sales, Partners, and Customers to design and validate CC and AI-powered CX solutions, deliver demos, and drive PoCs throughout the sales cycle.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide market feedback and shape future product innovation, while enabling partners to deploy Voca CIC successfully and scale adoption across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Solution Architecture in CX/CC or UC environments.
• Hands-on with CC platforms, Conversational AI, or Automation.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Voice and UC ecosystem.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional technical expert for AudioCodes Voca CIC in APAC.
• Lead demos, PoCs, and technical validation across customers and partners.
• Deliver enablement sessions and drive partner onboarding across APAC.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve product adoption.
