Philippine Pastries Inc. (Bizu) is seeking a Catering Sales Assistant to support the Catering Sales team with administrative tasks, client communications, and event coordination in Metro Manila.

You will coordinate across sales, kitchen, logistics and operations to ensure proposals, contracts, and schedules reflect client needs and deadlines. Strong written/verbal communication and CRM basics are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Catering Sales team and maintain organised files related to client contracts and events.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Gather event details, preferences, special requirements, and other information needed to support catering proposals.
• Prepare and update catering proposals, contracts, and other sales‑related documents.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness, ensuring it reflects client needs and agreed terms.
• Assist with managing team schedules, appointments, and sales‑related activities.
• Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and operations teams to support the smooth delivery of catering services, including food tastings.
• Enter and update client information and sales data in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
• Support event logistics by coordinating delivery schedules and venue requirements with relevant teams.
• Follow up with clients to gather feedback and help address concerns.
• Escalate client issues to the appropriate team members when required.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
• Assist with market research covering industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Complete other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Catering Sales team.
