Creative Cuisine Group, Philippines, is seeking an Events Associate to plan, coordinate, and oversee catering events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client satisfaction.

You will liaise with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and supervise event staff to ensure all event requirements are properly executed, with attention to food quality and presentation. Weekend and holiday schedules may be required.

Qualifications

• College-level education; four-year degree preferred.
• Experience in events or catering operations is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good planning, organizing, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to supervise and work with a team.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by events.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with clients regarding event details and requirements.
• Assist in planning and organizing catering events, including schedules and setups.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service team, and other departments to meet event needs.
• Oversee and supervise staff during events for smooth operations.
• Monitor event setup, food service, and overall execution.
• Address client concerns and respond to unexpected situations during events.
• Ensure standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Prepare event reports and provide feedback after each event.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
