You will manage client relationships, coordinate venue details, prepare proposals and quotations, and ensure events run smoothly within budget. This is a hands-on role ideal for a personable professional who thrives in fast-paced food and beverage

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or project management.
• 1–2 years of experience in events, catering, sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact between customers and the company.
• Negotiate terms of sales and close deals with customers.
• Gather market and customer insights to identify needs.
• Respond to customer queries and overcome objections to close sales.
• Advise product developers on improvements and discuss promotions.
• Create proposal documents for bidding.
• Provide customers with detailed quotations and cost calculations.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors and venues.
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increase value of current customers and attract new ones.
• Coordinate and plan event details, including setup and menu.
• Create reliable financial reports and collect payments on time.
• Stay under budget with all costs.
• Manage events and address potential problems.
• Plan for scenarios that could impact event integrity.
