About the role

Moment Catering is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales & Event Officerto join our vibrant team. In this role, you will drive sales for our premium catering services and orchestrate seamless events that create lasting memories for clients. This is a full-time position where you'll uphold our commitment to excellence in culinary experiences and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Prospect, pitch, and close catering sales deals with corporate clients, events planners, and private customers
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from menu customization and logistics to on-site execution
• Build strong client relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure repeat business through exceptional service
• Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to deliver flawless events on time and within budget

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years\' experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality sales at a catering service, hotel, or F&B establishment
• Ideally a college graduate in business, hospitality management, or related field, or equivalent certifications with proven experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a knack for upselling premium catering packages
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating memorable events and a customer-first mindset
