Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Category & Shopper Development Lead (Managerial) based in Makati on-site. This role focuses on developing category growth strategies and shopper-focused initiatives that drive performance across retail channels.

You will leverage shopper insights, market data, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen category performance, optimize trade marketing activities, and improve in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• 5+ years in Category Development, Trade Marketing, or Shopper Marketing in FMCG/beverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop category and shopper strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Translate shopper insights into retail strategies and in-store plans.
• Lead trade marketing initiatives, calendars, promotions, displays, activations.
• Analyze trade performance and shopper data to identify opportunities.
• Establish performance metrics and evaluate initiatives.
• Prepare post-activity reviews for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Lead category business reviews with data-driven recommendations.
