Currently looking for: CASINO SLOT SR. TECHNICIAN
Department: Slot Operations
Reports To: Slot Manager
Supervises: Slot Technicians
Work Schedule: Shifting, including weekends and holidays
The Slot Senior Technician is responsible for supervising the maintenance, repair, and configuration of all slot machines and related equipment. The role ensures that slot technical operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This position also serves as the lead technical resource for troubleshooting, machine installations, and upgrades. Must have at least 3 years experience in Slot Machines
- Supervise the daily activities of slot technicians and assign tasks based on operational priorities.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning slot machines, bill acceptors, ticket printers, and associated peripherals.
- Oversee installation, relocation, and removal of slot machines, ensuring accurate configuration and documentation.
- Ensure all slot machines are operating correctly and within compliance with PAGCOR regulations and internal controls.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules and maintain technical logs and service histories.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, providing hands‑on support and technical guidance.
- Coordinate with slot operations, IT, and vendors for technical support, upgrades, and parts replacements.
- Assist in the integration of new games, software updates, and system configurations.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend purchases of necessary tools and components.
- Respond promptly to service calls and major breakdowns during shift, including urgent after‑hours support when needed.
