Job Summary

The Slot Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all slot machines and related equipment to ensure uninterrupted slot floor operations. This role involves hands‑on technical work, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. Must have atleast 1-2 years experience in Slot Machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and cleaning of slot machines and electronic gaming devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair components such as bill validators, printers, displays, and touch screens.
• Install and configure slot machines according to approved layouts and game mix schedules.
• Respond promptly to service calls and resolve machine-related issues.
• Assist with software updates, machine conversions, and system upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service logs and technical reports.
• Ensure machines operate within manufacturer and regulatory standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, internal controls, and PAGCOR regulations.
