East West Banking Corporation in Makati seeks a Senior Assistant Manager to lead the Cash Management Team. You will oversee CMS collections and payments, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs and controls.

You will drive process improvements, manage stakeholder concerns, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk management. This is an onsite role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years in banking operations, cash management, collections and payments, or related leadership role.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, processing, service delivery, and controls.
• Experience in leading teams and driving performance improvements.
• Proficient in MS Office and banking system reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee day-to-day CMS back-office operations (collections and payments).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of collections, payments, PDC warehousing, and cash vault transactions.
• Monitor SLAs, TATs, and operational standards; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Review and authorize operational transactions and system-related activities per policies.
• Manage customer and stakeholder concerns; collaborate with clients and internal units for seamless service.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals and high engagement.
• Support audit, risk management, and business continuity requirements.
