Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day CMS collections and payments operations.
• Ensure timely processing of collections, payments, PDC warehousing, and cash vault transactions.
• Monitor SLAs, TATs, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and risk reduction initiatives.
• Review and authorize operations and system activities with regulatory adherence.
• Manage client and stakeholder concerns to deliver seamless service.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Support audit, risk management, and business continuity requirements.
