• Lead and oversee day-to-day CMS collections and payments back-office operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of collections, payments, PDC warehousing, and cash vault transactions.
• Monitor service delivery and compliance with SLAs, TATs and standards.
• Drive process improvement, automation and risk reduction initiatives.
• Review and authorize operational transactions and system activities per policies.
• Engage with clients and internal units to deliver seamless service experience.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Support audit, risk management, business continuity and compliance requirements.
