Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Makati seeks a Senior Assistant Manager to lead the Cash Management Services (CMS) team. You will direct CMS collections and payments, ensuring accurate processing, strong controls, and adherence to SLAs.

The role emphasizes process improvements, risk reduction, and delivering a superior client experience. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in banking operations with leadership experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and banking

At least 2 years in banking operations, cash management, collections or payments, or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day CMS collections and payments back-office operations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of collections, payments, PDC warehousing, and cash vault transactions.
Monitor service delivery and compliance with SLAs, TATs and standards.
Drive process improvement, automation and risk reduction initiatives.
Review and authorize operational transactions and system activities per policies.
Engage with clients and internal units to deliver seamless service experience.
Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
Support audit, risk management, business continuity and compliance requirements.
