Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day back-office operations for Cash Management Services (CMS) Collections and Payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of collections, payments, post-dated check (PDC) warehousing activities, and cash vault transactions.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with SLAs, turnaround times (TATs), and operational standards.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce operational risks.
• Review and authorize operational transactions, reports, and system-related activities while ensuring adherence to regulatory and bank policies.
• Manage customer and stakeholder concerns, working closely with clients, stores, and internal units to deliver a seamless service experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals, maintain engagement, and foster a high-performing culture.
• Support audit, risk management, business continuity, and compliance requirements to ensure sound operational governance.
