Job summary

Mary Grace Cafe is seeking a finance professional to assist with change fund preparation, releasing, coordinating and liquidation for cafés and kiosks. You will report to the Finance Head - Operations and work onsite at our Parañaque City head office.

Responsibilities include processing change funds, coordinating bank reservations, preparing monthly reports, and maintaining data in our systems. Travel to various locations may be required, with a 48-hour work week in rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years related experience in retail or food & beverage.
• Knowledge of ERP functionalities, cost centers and general ledgers.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and SAP.
• Willing to travel to Mary Grace Café locations and banks.
• Onsite work at Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City (48 hours/week, rotating shifts).

Job description

This finance roleassists in the preparation, releasing, coordinating and liquidation of Change Fund for Cafés and Kiosks. They report to the Finance Head - Operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and release change funds to stores accurately and according to agreed-upon lead times.
• Coordinate bank reservations and pick-up of change funds. Manage daily sales pull-outs from cafés and kiosks without nearby bank access, and ensure timely bankdeposits.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summary tools to support management decisions. Adhere to control points, maintain document filing, and manage sensitive fund database information in compliance with data privacy laws.
• Collaborate with various café operations and departments to ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain professional relationships and uphold the organization's values.
• Accurately prepare, encode, and input data into the monitoring sheets and other in-house systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1-3 years related experience in retail or food and beverage industry.
• Knowledgeable in accounting functionalities (ERPs, cost centers, general ledgers) and various banking functionalities.
• Preferably familiar with Google Workspace and SAP.
• Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations and banks as needed.
• Open to a 5-day compressed work week (48 hours/week), rotating shift, and onsite work at our Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City.
