The role ensures compliance with cash-handling procedures and resolves transaction-related concerns with accurate findings and recommendations. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, strong Excel skills, and excellent analytical abilities.

Qualifications

About the role

This role involves auditing daily transactions of assigned stores, reviewing and analyzing inventory variances, cash overages, and shortages, and monitoring store cash and POS transactions. You will ensure compliance with established cash-handling and operational procedures, address client and customer service concerns related to transactions, and identify discrepancies while providing accurate findings and recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient operations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of POS systems and store operational processes is an advantage
