Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1-3 years related experience in retail or food and beverage industry.
• Knowledgeable in accounting functionalities (ERPs, cost centers, general ledgers) and various banking functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Process and release change funds to stores accurately.
• Coordinate bank reservations and pick-up of change funds.
• Prepare monthly financial reports to support management decisions.
• Maintain document filing and manage sensitive fund database information.
• Collaborate with various operations to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Skills

Knowledge of accounting functionalities (ERPs, cost centers, general ledgers)

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Familiarity with SAP
