Job summary

Mary Grace Cafe is seeking a finance professional to assist with change fund preparation, releasing, coordinating and liquidation for cafés and kiosks. You will report to the Finance Head - Operations and work onsite at our Parañaque City head office.

Responsibilities include processing change funds, coordinating bank reservations, preparing monthly reports, and maintaining data in our systems. Travel to various locations may be required, with a 48-hour work week in rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years related experience in retail or food & beverage.
• Knowledge of ERP functionalities, cost centers and general ledgers.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and SAP.
• Willing to travel to Mary Grace Café locations and banks.
• Onsite work at Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City (48 hours/week, rotating shifts).

Responsibilities

• Process and release change funds to stores accurately.
• Coordinate bank reservations and pickup of change funds.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summary tools for management decisions.
• Collaborate with café operations to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
• Input data into monitoring sheets and in-house systems.
