You will gather cargo details, prepare export documentation, review freight quotes, and maintain proactive updates on shipping status, ensuring accurate, timely delivery and strong coordination with partners.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to own a structured, repeatable end-to-end workflow with precision.
• Excellent written English for prompt coordination with partners and clients.
• Comfortable working across project management systems and vendor logistics portals.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the interface between internal account managers, the China team/factories, and third-party logistics and freight partners.
• Gather cargo details, packing lists, and commercial invoices to request and review freight quotes (air, sea, courier).
• Prepare export documentation and manage workflows from quote approval to dispatch and ETA tracking.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication on shipping status with freight partners and clients.
