Qualifications

• At least 3 years Product Manager experience in pharma or branded generics.
• CVRM or branded generics background preferred.
• Product launch experience required.
• Collaborates with Sales, Regulatory, Medical, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual brand plans and strategic direction for assigned CV products.
• Lead launch planning and commercialization of new products including HCP activation, scientific messaging and promotional campaigns.
• Drive demand generation through high-impact marketing programs, congresses, speaker programs and field force engagement.
• Translate brand strategy into field execution excellence and strong territory performance with Sales managers.
• Analyze market dynamics, IQVIA trends, competitor activities, HCP behavior and prescription drivers.
• Develop promotional materials and ensure alignment with compliance, regulatory, and medical standards.
• Manage brand P&L inputs, forecasting, inventory coordination and budget utilization.
• Build strong KOL relationships and coordinate with external agencies and medical societies.
