Focus will be on KOL engagement, hospital procurement relationships, and achieving market share targets for cardiology products, while monitoring KPIs and budgets to optimize margins.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pharma sales leadership.
• 5-10+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales with a cardiology focus.
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies to increase market share for cardiovascular therapies.
• Build and maintain relationships with top cardiologists, healthcare institutions, hospital procurement, and KOLs.
• Monitor national sales KPIs, forecasts, and regional P&L management including budgets and margins.
