Job summary

SUN PHARMA in the Philippines seeks a Product Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the Cardiovascular portfolio, driving brand growth, HCP adoption, and commercial success in branded generics. The role collaborates with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and external stakeholders to ensure strong launches and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities include annual brand plans, launch planning, demand generation, field execution, market analysis, and KOL engagement.

Qualifications

At least 3 years Product Manager experience in MNC or Branded Generics.
CVRM background preferred.
Branded Generics background preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop annual brand plans and strategic direction for assigned CV products, including market analysis.
Lead launch planning and commercialization of new products including HCP activation and messaging.
Drive demand generation through high-impact marketing programs, congresses, speaker programs and field force engagement.
Partner with sales managers to translate brand strategy into field execution excellence and territory performance.
Analyze market dynamics, IQVIA trends, competitor activities, HCP behavior and prescription drivers to identify brand opportunities.
Develop promotional materials and ensure alignment with compliance, regulatory, and medical standards.
Manage brand P&L inputs, forecasting, inventory coordination and budget utilization.
Build strong KOL relationships and coordinate with external agencies and medical societies.
