Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the qualifications.
• 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or related industry.
• 3–5 years of people management experience leading sales teams.
• Experience handling Cardiovascular portfolios is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in sales management, business development, strategic account management and territory management.
• Experience in managing key hospital accounts, government accounts and tender business is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical device sales processes, healthcare industry practices and commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for the Cardiovascular portfolio to achieve revenue, gross profit, and market share targets.
• Drive sales growth through new account acquisition, customer expansion, product penetration, and increased product utilization.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential markets, accounts, products, and opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
• Develop strategies to strengthen product positioning and increase market competitiveness.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Lead the sales targeting process and ensure sales activities are aligned with revenue and business objectives.
• Monitor sales pipeline, opportunity conversion, sales forecasts, and win/loss performance to ensure achievement of targets.
• Review sales performance and implement corrective actions to address gaps and improve results.
• Establish and monitor sales KPIs, including revenue growth, gross profit, market share, pipeline coverage, opportunity conversion, and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reviews, forecasts, and action plans to management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital accounts, healthcare professionals, procurement stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Lead strategic account planning and identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and increased product utilization.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions for major accounts, projects, and strategic opportunities within delegated authority.
• Develop new business opportunities through market expansion, customer acquisition, tenders, projects, and strategic partnerships.
• Strengthen customer retention and develop long-term commercial relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and initiatives.
