Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client Service Excellence: Manage time effectively to meet quality service standards and deadlines.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with industry/client requirements.
• Handle inbound calls and client requests promptly.
• Monitor internal systems throughout workflow lifecycle.
• Performance Management: Track performance against KPIs and adjust work processes accordingly.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by Manager.
