Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Portfolio Administration Associate to support the Account Manager across the portfolio lifecycle. You will coordinate deliverables globally, handle valuation activities, and maintain essential project files with an emphasis on data accuracy and timely updates.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and a Bachelor's degree. On-site in Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in portfolio management or related admin roles.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in portfolio management across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate timely delivery of portfolios on a global level.
• Provide administrative support across portfolio valuation activities.
• Assist in governance meetings and capture notes for follow-ups.
• Maintain project files and flag delivery risks early.
