Job summary

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
At least 6 months working experience in the real estate or BPO industry.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Should be proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Excellent communication skill is required for the role.
Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis
A good eye for detail

Responsibilities

Process timesheets, expense reimbursements, and invoices.
Arrange travel logistics including flight and hotel bookings.
Manage KYC and compliance documentation.
Format valuation reports to maintain quality and consistency.
Ensure soft filing systems remain current and accurate for reporting requirements.
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
