The position is on-site in Cebu with a dayshift schedule, offering a salary range of Php 70,000 to Php 100,000 per month along with standard benefits and government-mandated programs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or related role, preferably B2B sales.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads and drive sales.
• Communicate with prospective customers in Cantonese and English based on language preferences and business needs.
• Track, monitor, and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts to support targets.
