J-K Netwok Services in Cebu is seeking a Cantonese Outbound Sales Representative to drive lead generation and sales activity on-site. The role requires effective Cantonese and English communication and a proven ability to meet targets.

You'll conduct multi-channel outreach, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals. The position offers dayshift hours and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational English.
• Open to undergraduates and bachelor’s graduates in any course.
• Experience in sales, inside sales, business development or related roles, preferably in B2B.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation and hitting sales targets.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales campaigns via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels to generate leads.
• Communicate with prospects in Cantonese and English according to language needs.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress and forecasts to support targets.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor's graduates in any courses.
• Having a good years experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related role, preferably in B2B sales.
• Having experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
