J-K Netwok Services in Cebu is seeking a Cantonese Outbound Sales Representative to drive lead generation and close deals in a fast-paced BPO environment.

You will conduct campaigns, engage Cantonese-speaking prospects and collaborate with English-speaking teams to meet targets and contribute to revenue growth. This on-site role offers day shifts and competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development or related roles, preferably B2B.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation and hitting targets.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales campaigns via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other channels to generate leads.
• Communicate with prospects in Cantonese and English based on language needs.
• Track, monitor and report sales activities, pipeline progress and forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Having a good years experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related role, preferably in B2B sales.
• Having experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
