You will hunt candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases, screen them by phone, and build long-term talent pools. You’ll collaborate with recruiters to prioritize roles and ensure compliant CRM records.

The role emphasizes sourcing quality candidates, engaging passive talent, and contributing to successful placements for major Australian projects.

Qualifications

• Australian recruitment experience for the Australian market.
• Blue-collar recruitment experience in trades, engineering, or construction.
• Strong sourcing skills using SEEK Talent Search, internal databases, referrals, and re-engagement.
• Bullhorn experience is a plus; strong Boolean sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills for candidate screening.
• Results-oriented and detail-focused with compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for talent via LinkedIn, job boards, social media and internal databases.
• Qualify and screen candidates with phone interviews assessing skills and certifications.
• Build and maintain talent pools for future needs.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to prioritize vacancies and place candidates fast.
• Maintain a clean CRM, track certifications, and ensure compliance.
