Bsa Solutions Inc. in Cebu IT Park is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our internal team. You will support recruitment for Australian and US clients, manage end-to-end processes, and report to the Business Development Director to drive timely placements.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, English proficiency, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to building candidate networks. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, coaching, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English both written and verbal.
• At least 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience for Australian and US clients.
• Experience coaching/leading a recruiting team.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor degree or higher in relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems with ease.
• High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality

Responsibilities

• Undertake candidate research through social media mediums and talent database in job platforms.
• Identify and shortlist candidates that best meet the role requirements and are able to start within the timeframe.
• Building networks and talent pools of future talent and job roles.
• Use tools including LinkedIn, Vincere, Lusha, SEEK, Google Boolean Search etc. for candidate identification and engagement.
• Proactively introduce relevant candidates to clients.
• Take candidate references as and when required.
• Communicate withclients, understanding their requirements, develop a strategy on how best to meet the demand, and update status on time.
• Develop and implement recruitment processes and provide new improvement ideas.
