Job summary

Datamatics CMS PH is seeking a proactive Sourcing Associate in Cebu City to identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines. You will collaborate with recruiters, use job boards, social networks, databases, and networking to locate potential talent and engage them through personalized outreach.

You will screen resumes, maintain candidate data in ATS, and monitor sourcing metrics while supporting recruitment events and market research to improve channels.

Qualifications

The Sourcing Associate plays a key role in the talent acquisition team by identifying and engaging passive candidates, developing talent pipelines, and supporting the recruitment process for various roles. This position requires a proactive approach to talent sourcing, research, and outreach to ensure the organization has access to the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), databases, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in the hiring process through direct communication (emails, calls, messages).
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles or high-priority positions.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications to match them with job requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or candidate database.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing channels and build a network of potential candidates.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and talent networking events.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline health.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles.
• Familiarity with candidate sourcing in specific industries (BPO, IT, finance, etc.)
